Thumbs up to Mike’s Auto Repair Service. My 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan was acting very strange with the instrument cluster gages going back and forth and the dash lights flashing. My windshield wipers were intermittently working and I was afraid to drive it. Mike’s found that my body control module was bad. I authorized the repair and Mike ordered the part which was a special order only through the dealer. When Mike’s finally received the new computer from the dealer, they installed it only to find that the computer they received was faulty. Though frustrating to Mike he notified me immediately and said he was working on getting another computer as soon as he could. I did not realize at the time, but the dealer told them the computer was on back ordered and one would not be available for a couple of weeks. Not acceptable to Mike, he contacted the dealer back and suggested that they find another source for the computer. With all the Dodge Dealers in the United States, that one company that they deal with cannot be the only company that rebuilds body control units. The dealer came through and found one back east and it was shipped to them overnight. Mike’s picked up the unit, got it installed and my carnow works perfectly. I appreciate Mike’s Auto Repair for solving my problem and not giving up when there is an obstacle. I am a very happy customer and have been going to them for a very long time. They are friendly and do great work. Li H. Fountain Valley, CA
