I run a busy
catering business and depend on my Ford E-150 to be safe and reliable. I appreciate the fact that Mike’s Auto Repair understands my time restraints and they have serviced my Ford E-150 thoroughly since it was new. In fact prior to the van’s warranty expiring, Mike heard a noise in the differential area while on a test drive. Taking Mike’s advice I took it to the Ford dealer for them to inspect and test drive. They claimed there was nothing wrong, but importantly Mike said get them to document their findings. At my next service with Mike’s Auto Repair, Mike noticed the same differential noise was still apparent. Mike recommended that we go on a test drive together and pointed out the noise that I actually got accustom to. I took it back to the dealer and insisted that the service writer and I take the test drive together and I thank Mike for his suggestion. Ford fixed the differential at no cost to me right before the warranty expired. I trust Mike’s Auto Repair completely to work on my van. Also my husband has had Mike’s Auto Repair work on his 1999 Dodge Durango exclusively since new. Like my Ford van, his Dodge Durango keeps on running just like it should. Erika R.
